Description

Thursday Jan 29th. The bus will leave from the Gabe's parking lot across the street from the office. We will leave the parking lot at 5:30am. There will be water and some kind of breakfast pastry on the bus. Please bring a coffee if you would like one.

We will plan to leave Richmond by 2:30 pm returning to Gabe's Please wear comfortable walking shoes and the dress is Business.

No-Show Policy

To ensure fair access to our events and effective planning, we require timely cancellations for all registrations.

If you register for an event and do not attend without cancelling at least seven (7) days prior to the event date, you will be charged a $25.00 no-show fee.

Cancellations can be made through your member portal, in writing via email (with confirmation) or by phone no later than seven (7) days before the event to avoid this fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our events and member funds efficiently and make room for others who wish to participate.
