Broker Pre-Licensing - Law - 6 classes

Dates of the 6 classes are: Sept 14th, Sept 21, Sept 28th, Oct 5, Oct 12th and Oct 19th.

Class will be from 9am till 4pm held in the BRAR classroom.

Class will be in-person unless there is inclement weather and then it will be held virtually.

Registration fee includes course materials.

Minimum class requirement is 6 students. If less than 6 are registered, refunds will be issued.

 Instructor: Allan Marteney   

Born and raised in Arlington, Virginia, Allan is a proud native of the D.C. area with more than 47 years of full-time experience in real estate. Since obtaining his salesperson’s license in 1978, and his Broker’s license in 1986, Allan has been a successful Sales Associate, Supervising Broker, Principal Broker, and Owner/Broker of a multi-office firm. Allan’s career includes leadership as President of the Board of Directors and former CEO of a local real estate association, as well as serving on many committees throughout the region. With more than three decades of teaching experience as a board-certified instructor, Allan has guided thousands of agents through licensing and continuing education and is known for an engaging and practical teaching style. Currently an Associate Broker with a local real estate firm, Allan serves clients across Northern Virginia and beyond while continuing to share his knowledge and passion for real estate and professional excellence.
