Before getting into real estate sales, Ann was the Director of Training for a national computer sales franchisor. She stepped away from this position to raise her children in Fairfax County. In 1994, the family’s move Ashburn, Virginia in Loudoun County opened the door to what has become more than a just a great career in real estate – this move ignited a passion.
From 2011 to 2024, Ann has helped many people launch and expand their real estate careers through her affiliation with the Moseley School of Real Estate where she taught the Virginia Real Estate Licensing courses for new agents and the Broker Licensing courses.
From 2010 to 2017, Ann held positions as Principal Broker, Certified Instructor and Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Realty offices in Northern Virginia. In 2018, Ann founded The Relianz Group. Through the Relianz Group, Ann sells residential real estate while continuing to develop and present real estate training offerings in Winchester and Northern Virginia. In 2023, Ann earned her WV Real Estate License and joined the BRAR Education Committee.
Outside of real estate, Ann enjoys a busy life that revolves around her faith, family and friends. “Simple” events may gather twenty to forty people together at her home, giving Ann many opportunities to pursue her enthusiasm for cooking and entertaining. Known for her easy-going nature and her ability to make people laugh, Ann continues to delight in the joys that come from shared experiences of breaking bread together and the laughter that ensues when she and her husband Bob are surrounded by their children and grandchildren.
