Amy White is the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Home Town Realty with offices in Mineral, Hampshire, and Hardy County in West Virginia and GarreƩ County, Maryland. Coldwell Banker Home Town has been named the #1 Coldwell Banker office in West Virginia 8 times in the last 10 years. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in business and has been a licensed REALTOR in WV and Maryland for 24 years. She has earned NAR’s GRI, ePro, ABR, SRS, RENE, SFR, and AHWD designations and has completed the WV appraisal course. Specializing in training and agent development, Amy serves as WVAR’s Director of Educaton and has taught continuing education courses and GRI modules across the state. She has served the Potomac Highlands Board of Realtors as President and State Director and has been named their Realtor of the Year 3 times. Amy was named Realtor of the Year for West Virginia in 2009.Amy served as the President of WVAR in 2021 after serving on the Board for 15 years. She and husband Shawn are proud of their growing family- Ethan and fiancé Tara, Camden and wife Grace and Jackson.
