First Time Homebuyer provides maximum subsidy of $12,500 for down payment and closing costs for purchase of a home. Available for owner-occupied 1-4 family properties.

Community Partners available for current or retired law enforcement officers, educators, firefighters, health care workers, other first responders, veterans and active-duty members of the military or their surviving spouse. Up to $15,000 for down payment and closing costs for the purchase of an owner occupied 1-4 unit properties.
