This class will be an intro into residential home inspections taught by professional inspectors. The Pest Exit professionals will discuss the Home inspection and will go over well, septic, radon and pest inspections.

With over 15 years of experience in pest inspection and real estate, he has earned a reputation for his integrity, expertise, and commitment to service.

Born and raised in Winchester, Jeffrey is deeply connected to his community. He is a proud member of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors (Blue Board of Realtors), where he has been an active participant for more than 15 years. In addition to his work as a Certified Pest Inspector, Jeffrey’s extensive knowledge of local real estate and pest management issues has made him an invaluable asset to homeowners, realtors, and property managers throughout the region. He is licensed in both Virginia and West Virginia, allowing him to serve a wide range of clients and provide expert inspection services.

Jeffrey’s professional accomplishments are not limited to his pest inspection career. He has a strong commitment to community involvement and local organizations. He currently serves as a Board Member for Watts Thermal Shelter, where he contributes to the mission of providing essential services to those in need. In addition, he has served as a Past Committee Member for the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors, where his leadership and dedication have made a lasting impact on the association and its members.
