 Instructor: Jeff Fortune-Pest Exit    

This class will be an intro into residential home inspections taught by professional inspectors. The Pest Exit professionals will discuss the Home Inspection and will go over well, septic, radon and pest inspections.

Jeffrey H. Fortune is a highly regarded Certified Pest Inspector specializing in termite and general pest management. A native of Winchester, Virginia, Jeffrey has deep roots in the Shenandoah Valley, where he has built a successful career and become a well-known figure in both his professional and community circles. With over 15 years of experience in pest inspection and real estate, he has earned a reputation for his integrity, expertise, and commitment to service.

Born and raised in Winchester, Jeffrey is deeply connected to his community. He is a proud member of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors (Blue Board of Realtors), where he has been an active participant for more than 15 years. In addition to his work as a Certified Pest Inspector, Jeffrey’s extensive knowledge of local real estate and pest management issues has made him an invaluable asset to homeowners, realtors, and property managers throughout the region.
